Are you new to the gym? Are you not seeing any results? Are you struggling with your training plan?
The truth is, there’s a lot of information out there on the best type of training plan. It can get confusing. But if everyone is individually different, why follow a plan that’s recommended for everyone? That’s maybe why you aren’t seeing results. This workshop was created to ultimately help you gain a better understanding of structured strength training, so that you can get more out of the gym.
During this workshop, you will:
● Learn the foundational movements, and appropriate program splits.
● Learn how muscle is built through progressive overload, intensity, sets, repetitions
● Learn the difference between compound and isolation exercises, and why the order of these exercises is important
We will also look at the some anatomy and muscle function, and talk about the appropriate exercises for each muscle group. We will go over proper form, range of motion, what leads to injuries…and much more! Space is limited so sign up quick to secure a spot.
