About the 'Introduction to Strength Training' workshop
Do you have the goal of getting stronger and increasing more muscle mass? Do you feel like you’re doing your exercise wrong? Then you don’t want to miss this workshop.
With this interactive workshop, you will learn how to program a complete strength program and learn the best exercises for an optimal workout. This workshop will help you to become more confident in your own structured strength program
What you will learn during this workshop
- What a good strength program consists of
- How to build your own program (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, and accessory exercise)
- Proper form when performing exercise
This workshop will consist of a full body workout (upper body, lower body). Anyone with limitations/injuries should note it down beforehand so that the personal trainer can find a solution for your limitation.
