About the Booty workshop

Who wants to grow their booty? Then you don’t want to miss this workshop! During this exciting, 1-hour workshop, you will learn the ultimate exercises that train your glutes for optimal muscle growth. Additionally, you will learn tips and tricks to show-off that hard earned booty in the long-run.  


  • You will be taught the proper form and technique for these exercises, and how to activate your glutes.
  • We will inform you on what the ideal repetition range and sets to progress through.

The 8 exercises are:

  • Glute hip thrust
  • Glute bridge
  • Romanian Deadlift
  • Squat
  • Step ups
  • Reverse lunge
  • Glute Hyperextension
  • Cable kickbacks
